Hyndburn based charity Community Solutions Northwest hosted their annual summer fair on Saturday 22nd June with huge success, the day aimed at raising money for the charity included funfair rides, charity stalls, circus workshops, entertainment from local dance groups and school choirs, food, drinks, and ice cream van.
The event, which was attended by approximately 1500 people, including The Mayor and Mayoress of Hyndburn the local police, fire, and ambulance services, other local charities, and local companies.
The raffle gave visitors the chance to win a fantastic range of prizes with the star prize of an Electric Bike.
Chris Emmerson, Enterprise Development Manager for Community Solutions Northwest, said, the day was a huge success, thank you to all the people who supported the event, and all the visitors on the day, together we raised over £5000 for our charity, which will help support our community.
